Archive & secretary unit

Responsibilities :
 
  • Receiving the documents income to the department.
  • Sending the documents which issued from the department.
  • Receive & Send the documents electronically.
  • Distribution of the documents which issued from the department.
  • Keep copy from issued letters in file for every department.
  • Prepare index for files can return for it in need.
  • Follow up of treatment in university sector (delay in returned back) which need to check frequent follow-up
