- Supervision of Warehouses control unit employees.
- Monthly auditing to check the actual balance in store with registered in the item control card sample No. (5).
- Data entry in item control card sample No. (5) for the item stored electronically.
- Approve Constraints of receipt & release and return and calculate balance for every stored item in the aim of control the movement of items in warehouses electronically.
- Auditing the provided documents to ensure it accurate, also revision Constraints in cards.
- Filing the document related to Constraints in sprite and organized files.
- Control the similar products in warehouse.
- Determined not used items in stock and give recommendation to the department manager.
- Follow up the items which decide to unused, maintain or sale or damage or give away by periodical report.
- Undertake the other task which assigned to him and related to warehouse control.
